This Yuzu NEIPA is a result of a long friendship with our mates, and one of our favourite Newcastle hotspots, The Prince of Merewether. Inspired by an unforgettable Japanese themed meal one night at The Prince paired with seemingly endless NEIPA’s, we’ve aimed to immortalise that in a beer. By taking the Japanese Yuzu fruit and combining it with our favourite citrusy hops and adding rice to the malt bill we’ve created complex yet sessionable NEIPA that we can only hope complements their famous sashimi as much as their company.
