Recently the crew from Plonk in Canberra journeyed up to the Blue Mountains and we let them have at it and design their own recipe for this hazy-style IPA. The guys chose to load it up with a tonne of Mosaic hops, and then balance it out with smaller additions of Vic Secret, Simcoe and Citra. All together, these produce bold tropical and stone fruit flavours, with aromatics of mango and bubblegum. As for the name, well, you'll have to ask them!
