Honey Bee - Russian Imperial Stout w/ Honey

It’s not very often that you find a stout pack at this time of year in Australia, but as Boogie says “ain’t nothing like boozy motor oil to beat the heat!”

So for this Xmas special, we have tossed in … kg of honey into this seductive, big bodied stout to undress the senses and give this beer an indulging sweetness and balance the roasty and rich chocolate flavours from the mammoth malt bill. With a velvety smoothness and creamy mouthfeel, the beer is a shout out to the team at Brewski and a tap takeover that we will never forget but barely remember. Oh, and Merry Christmas!
