Perhaps the most iconic waterfall in Kentucky is the mullet hairstyle, a fashion we shaved our brewer Jumbo's hair into for this very beer, mostly becuase his hair is citrusy and complex, just like this beer.
Now Jumbo's new do from the back says, "I spend too much time at the brewery," while from the front it says, "I am a professional businessman busy doing business things, pass me my Excel." Or something.
