Before our limited release brewer, Boogie, was set free on a very well-earned holiday back home to Tennessee, he spent his last day brewing an IPA of his choice. Introducing Prisoner to Instinct.
Using Mountain Culture's new favourite hop (Comet) alongside some of our old faithfuls (Centennial and Idaho 7) he has created an intricate imitation of freshly squeezed orange juice, which differs greatly from his original idea, which involved him spending a few hours trying in vain to convince us that a Munich Dunkel is, "A form of IPA...".
