Random Precision - Oat Cream IPA

How creamy can we possibly get an IPA?

Well that’s a great question and one we asked ourselves by the side of our brewkit about 4 weeks ago. The answer is now resting in your hand. With creaminess as our goal, we created a malt bill packed with extra proteins to create a full, velvety mouthfeel and fermented it out using our haziest house yeast strain.

For the hop bill, we’ve paired up flowable Sabro Incognito with Cryo Cashmere, the two hops we find rate highest on perceived creaminess and added in some Southern Cross hops from New Zealand to round out the profile. These elements have joined like finely machined components sliding together and created our smoothest IPA that is bursting with tropical flavours of coconut cream, honeydew melon, mango and pineapple.
