When the Mountains' winter just keeps dragging on, sometimes you need to make your own sunshine. We've spent the long evenings planning this little ray of light, so here's a beer to help you pretend it's summer for a while and chase the shadows away.
We started with a bright, light kettle-soured base that provides just enough tartness to make every sip pop. Layers of sweet, juicy blackberry bring rich jammy character and a deep ruby hue, while a generous squeeze of fresh lime slices through with vibrant citrus zing, adding lift, balance and an irresistibly crisp finish. The result is fruity without being cloying, tart without making you screw your face up, and refreshing enough to keep you reaching back for the glass.
