On a very cold and wintery Katoomba night in July 2020, Dorothy Margaret McCready was welcomed to the world and to the Mountain Culture crew. The next day, DJ went back to the brewery with the instructions to brew a beer worth waiting nine months and enduring 30 hours of labour for.
And so Yellow Brick Road, a juicy tropical NEIPA, was also born.
Critics (the rest of the Mountain Culture crew) are calling it some of DJ's finest work.
