Autopilot is an all-American hopped Oat Cream IPA and one we really pushed the limits with.
To start, we pushed the chloride:sulfate ratio as far as we could, then threw in our largest percentage of rolled and flaked adjuncts to increase the haze and mouthfeel whilst also making our highest ABV Oat Cream to date.
And now for the important part... We threw in six of our favourite American hops including cryo Citra, cryo Amarillo and cryo Mosaic as late kettle additions and then excessive amounts of Citra, Amarillo, Mosaic, Idaho 7, Centennial and Simcoe over two separate dry hops.
Finally, we borrowed our house hazy strain from Be Kind Rewind and Status Quo to push those fruity hops to the highest level!
