What happens when you bring together 18 of the best interstate and international producers into one brewery? You go and make a stoinker of a DIPA of course!
Spearheaded by WA brewery and our good mates, Rocky Ridge, we were invited to participate in their collab brew, which involved throwing an absolute plethora of hops at this triple dry hop DIPA.
Stupid amounts of Wakatu, Strata, Meridian, Zamba, Sativa, NZH 101, NZH 107 & Loriel make up the gargantuan hop bill that is supported by a grain bill consisting of Pale Malt, Triticale, Rolled Wheat and Malted Wheat.
Rocky Ridge brewed in collaboration with Mountain Culture, Fox Friday, Gweilo, Deeds, Currumbin Valley, Brewlander, Bracket, Bodriggy, Black Hops, Banks, Hop Nation, One Drop, Range, Ronin Fermentation Project, Sea Legs, Shapeshifter, White Bay and Wildflower.
