Pipe Dream - DDH IPA

The English dictionary defines Pipe Dream as an idea or plan that is impossible or very unlikely to happen. Well, DJ had this wild idea that we put heaps of Mosaic hops into this beer to produce a hazy double dry-hopped IPA with the hope that it would produce aromatic fruity flavours. In anticipation of finding out if this ludicrous idea could become a reality, the brewers got down to work to make the impossible possible. The result is a hazy DDH IPA with tropical flavours and a drier, more session-able finish.
