Shipping Info, Terms and Conditions
We ship orders on Mondays and, in some cases, Tuesdays. This is because we care about your beer and want to minimise the time it's not in refrigeration, especially over the weekend. We do not ship on public holidays.
We are unable to hold orders for delivery on a specific date or combine orders. Please do not ask us to as we hate to disappoint!
If you are collecting from the brewery, orders must be picked up within 10 days of order being placed.
Beer will not be delivered to an unattended address. If the courier service try to make a delivery and the location is unattended, the package will need to be picked up from a depot.
Beer must be signed for by a person over 18 years at the time of delivery.
All orders are shipped through AusPost, Fastway and Sendle courier services. You are able to track your order via the tracking number they send you via email.
Shipping times vary pending your location but if you do not receive your beer within 10 days, please let us know via email to email@example.com.
Currently, we only ship to QLD, NSW, ACT, VIC and SA. Sorry, but we do not accept international orders.
If the delivery address is entered incorrectly, it is the responsibility of the receiver to organise the address change directly with the courier. A change of address fee might be charged by the courier service to the receiver.
We support the responsible service of alcohol across Australia. Under the Liquor Act 2007 (NSW), it is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years. Similar laws against selling or supplying alcohol to minors apply across Australia.
