This beer is a peace offering to the Mountain Culture crew from the Northern Hemisphere who requested a 12.3% stout be brewed, despite it being the height of summer, as a nod to their home, where they would normally be celebrating Christmas in front of the fire and surrounded by snow.

Packed full of chocolate and coffee notes with a smooth vein of sweet Tahitian vanilla, think profiteroles and piccolo lattes, which hopefully fits into your Christmas day between backyard cricket, evening swims and mum's pavlova.
