Big explosions of hops are great, but sometimes they can leave you longing for something more. More complexity, more character, more balance.
To help this NEIPA fulfil its potential, we’ve made it bigger. The increased ABV allows us to fully flesh out the storyline of our hops. We’ve used our biggest stars – BRU-1, Idaho-7 and Galaxy – but instead of making them shiny, insubstantial gods, we’ve mindfully used them multiple times in the whirlpool and dry hop to give them deeper, more brooding backstories.
Hopefully, this one is popular with the fans.
