Our first wet hop IPA is a slippery little NEIPA, brewed with fresh Galaxy hop cones. And when we say fresh, we mean fresh. DJ left at 4 am to pick the hops from Bright in Victoria, before commencing on the epic journey back up to the Blue Mountains, NSW. The whole hop cones were still moist and dripping with lupulin when they arrived, as we lovingly chucked them into the whirlpool by the bine-ful. The result is a fresh passionfruit bomb built upon that customary Mountain Culture pillowy mouthfeel and haze.
