Humble Custodian is a testament to the thankless tasks that we all do every day, including some of those used in the process to create this warming caramel and toffee Baltic style porter. The rich chocolate malt notes are balanced by the clean and refreshing qualities that arise from being cold-fermented and our house lager yeast and is complete with a humble bitterness.
