Nancy is sweet, and she didn’t have to be accused of cheating.
After suggestions that lactose additions may be ‘cheating’, we were challenged to brew a lactose-free Oat Cream IPA. This caused outrage amongst the brew team, who asked, ‘How can it be cream without lactose?”. But never ones to shy away from a challenge, they stepped up and here we have Nancy - a sweet, silky oat cream with no lactose, just heaps of tropical fruits including mango and pineapple.
Does not contain lactose.

Nancy was part of a lactose and lactose free experiment by my favorite brewery. As usual, it is a cracking smooth and very drinkable IPA, but the lack of lactose (vs the lactose version) showcased more of the hops and less of the juice and as a consequence was my favorite of the 2. A great was to experience 2 different beers. MC does it again!

Loved the Nancy, had great flavour and a nice body with a touch of sweetness, impressive brewing to make a lactose free beer come across like that.
