For those who have been playing along since the beginning, do you remember Baked? It was the collab we did last year with the best bakers we know, Black Cockatoo Bakery.
Lots of you have been emailing, begging for a rebrew of it, but instead of just rebrewing it, we decided to dial it up a notch.
Not only have we added a ridiculous amount of croissants, this time we've also added coffee for an even more indulgent pastry stout, wood you believe?!

Just brilliant. A big, strong, rich, robust stout with a very pleasant hit of bitterness. I love the difference of the bitterness coming from the coffee flavours rather than hops as well. Makes you feel all warm and fuzzy inside drinking it.
