Shipping & Subscription Info, Terms and Conditions
We pack orders Wednesday - Sunday, and pick ups on Monday, Thursday and Friday. This is because we care about your beer and want to minimise the time it's not in refrigeration. This will mean in some cases there will appear to be a delay in posting, however your order is not forgotten! We also do not ship on public holidays.
Beer must be signed for by a person over 18 years at the time of delivery. All orders are shipped through AusPost or Sendle. You are able to track your order via the tracking number we send you via email once the order is fulfilled. Customers are not able to choose who we use to send the parcel, as it is automatically chosen by our system based on fastest shipping time and cheapest price.
Shipping times vary pending your location but if you do not receive your beer within 10 business days, please let us know via email to
info@mountainculture.com.au. Currently, we only ship to WA, TAS QLD, NSW, ACT, VIC and SA. Sorry, but we do not accept international orders.
If the delivery address is entered incorrectly, it is the responsibility of the receiver to organise the address change directly with the courier. A change of address fee might be charged by the courier service to the receiver.
We support the responsible service of alcohol across Australia. Under the Liquor Act 2007 (NSW), it is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years. Similar laws against selling or supplying alcohol to minors apply across Australia.

To take advantage of this super amazing deal, subscribers are contracted for a minimum number of deliveries (based on the frequency chosen). After the minimum number of orders you can choose to skip or cancel your subscription.
A contract break fee applies. If you’re not keen on contracts, no biggie, you can buy a case of beer as per normal.
You’ll be sent an email a few days before your next order to remind you that your card will be charged.

We are unable to hold orders for delivery on a specific date or combine orders. Please do not ask us to as we hate to disappoint!
If you are collecting from the brewery, orders must be picked up within 10 days of order being placed. You won't receive an email to say it is ready, but instead please allow 24 hours before heading to Katoomba to pick it up. Beer will not be delivered to an unattended address. If the courier service try to make a delivery and the location is unattended, the package will need to be picked up from a depot.
