Fake Money Rich - Oat Cream IPA

A beer inspired by our head brewer Jumbo’s recent gambling hot streak at a legal, not-real-money craps table in California, where he was travelling recently for “work”.

We’ve let him continue to ride the high by treating our hop budget like Monopoly money and spending up big on Centennial, Nelson Sauvin and experimental US hop HBC 586. He dished them into the dry hop like a player would launch dice on the table if he were playing with the house’s money.

The beer is a creamy Oat Cream IPA brimming with grapefruit, mangoes and a floral undertone that is as glorious as hearing Jumbo yell loudly, “I’M RICH!” while throwing fake money chips into the air. 

Ingredients: Water, malted barley, malted and unmalted oats, lactose (from milk), hops, yeast.

Contains milk.
