With our Katoomba Lead Brewer Boogie on leave, we let our Emu Plains Lead Brewer Jumbo have free rein over the Katoomba brewhouse to brew anything he’d like.
After refamiliarising himself with the subtleties of the original brew kit at the top of the mountain, he brewed a brand new NEIPA with a unique blend of Citra, Mosaic, Cashmere and BRU-1 hops and a malt bill full of oats to create a hazy IPA full of mangos, pineapples and bubblegum popping from every velvety mouthful.
