On the eve of Independence Day, made famous in Australia by the movie of the same name, we’re taking a moment to celebrate the small American contingent of Mountain Culture ie some stainless steel, lots of hops and a couple of brewers.
To honour them, we’ve brewed this traditional West Coast IPA with an all-US hop bill consisting of Columbus, Citra and Idaho 7. Expect tropical fruits floating above a dank, dank undercurrent. As you sip it, say a ‘Cheers’ to our American friends because apparently they're the only nation that can figure out how to fight off global Alien invaders.
