At the end of each year, we like to celebrate our first-ever hazy beer - Status Quo.
This year, we held onto some of the Fresh Frozen hops the team selected during hop harvest in the Yakima Valley to brew the brightest, freshest-tasting version of Status Quo ever!
We had whole hop cones snap-frozen at Yakima Chief Farms in the US and shipped directly to Mountain Culture in freezer containers.
Using the Fresh Frozen hops throughout the dry hop, we've aimed to intensify every tropical note to make the fruits jump straight out of the silky smooth body.
