Sometimes you have to bring it back to the basics, especially when brewing first thing on a Monday morning after a beer festival.
Whilst DJ usually takes his time researching new hop combinations, there are occasions when his selection of hops is a little more, well, spur-of-the-moment. Like this NEIPA, which is heavily hopped with Bru-1 and Idaho-7, picked only due to the fact they both had numbers in the name. Both hops hero pineapple notes when used as late hop additions, so we’re really hoping you get something like that.
