Science Or Something - Experimental NZ Hop NEIPA

Perhaps the highlight of our Limited Release program is having the opportunity to experiment with new and exciting ingredients. For this new experimental IPA we were lucky enough to be offered some brand new experimental hops from our friends at NZ Hops. Using a New England IPA base that we feel we have dialled in and know well, we’ve single hopped the beer with NZH-106 three times throughout the brewing process. Early examination of NZH-106 suggests that it expresses intense tropical fruit properties with citrus notes including grapefruit and freshly zested lime along with some complimentary herbal elements.
