We’ve been planning our moves a few months ahead to make sure your new mate was waiting for you under this square. In fact, this brand new Czech Pilsner was the first beer we brewed for this year's advent calendar and it has been sitting quietly in the basement lagering away for more than half a year as per traditional guideline.
A multi-step decoction mash and long lagering time has created a layered flavour profile with herbaceous, spicy aromas and a lifted straw and malt body that flow through each refreshing sip.
