A collaboration brew to mark the 10th birthday of our friends at Bitter Phew in Sydney.
To celebrate 10 years, we gathered 10 of our most popular hops and sorted them into country of origin for each hop addition. In the whirlpool we added fresh season Australian Galaxy and Vic Secret. The first dry hop uses all American hops - Cashmere, Mosaic, Citra, Idaho-7 and some Simcoe Fresh Frozen hop cones. And for the final addition, we went with extra punchy hops from New Zealand - Motueka, Nelson and Rakau.
That adds up to 10, right?
