As we close off this year's Triple Dry Hopped series, we’re taking our learnings from the first 3 beers and pushing the boundaries even further by increasing the dry hop quantities and creating what we think might be the hop lover's dream beer. This one’s for you Chef!
For the science bit: Triple Dry Hopping refers to the process of adding three separate hop additions post fermentation. Each hop variety is added alone at a specific temperature and then sits in contact with the beer for 12- 24 hours before the next hop is added.
For the flavour bit: We’ve gone for some of our favourite New World hops to test out everything that this dry hopping method can do. Motueka, Citra and Amarillo hops provide a warming undercurrent of sweet mangoes and stone fruit with top notes of zesty lime and orange that are so juicy it will raise your serum Vitamin C levels.
