The Dank, The Dank (x Odd Culture) - NEIPA

Here's an ode to the Aussie pubs of yesteryear, with their sticky carpets that would pull the thongs straight from your feet, brewed in Katoomba with our good mates at Odd Culture.
To keep the dankness of generations past in this modern IPA, we've used fresh frozen Simcoe whole hops cones with Centennial hot side. Aussie Vic Secret and a touch of New Zealand Motueka added post fermentation add punchy lemon and lime notes with some ripe orange and pineapple.
Best enjoyed having a yarn with your mate leaning over the bar. Shorts and singlet optional.
