QLD Sales Manager & VIC Sales Manager
Mountain Culture Beer Co is looking to expand our fast-growing team of kick-ass
individuals with a full time Sales Manager in Victoria and full times Sales Manager in QLD.
Mountain Culture started as a brewpub in the heart of the Blue Mountains in NSW two years ago, and since then has continued to grow at breakneck speed to become Australia's #1 Brewery on Untappd.
To keep up with the demand, we've added a state-of-the-art production facility in Emu Plains, capable of pumping out five times more beer, and we're looking for two new Sales Managers to help us get that beer into the hands our Victorian and QLD customers.
We are looking for a passionate and experienced sales manager to nurture and grow our brand in Victoria and another sales manager for QLD. Hungry to succeed, you will be a motivated self-starter who will treat our business like your own.
You will be well supported by our awesome sales team in head office, allowing you to flourish doing what you love and do best – sales!
The Role:
- Achieve sales, volume and distribution objectives in on and off premise accounts
- Next level customer service and management of key accounts
- Actively seeking new business opportunities to increase distribution and brand awareness
- Manage wholesale relationships in Victoria/QLD
- Ensuring national promotions and any in-store executions in Victoria/QLD are executed seamlessly and well supported with merchandising
About You:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in beer, wine or spirits
- A natural communicator with exceptional customer service skills
- A motivated and organised self starter
