The times are changing and so too are our beers. Gone are the days where a light, kettle sour would do, to ease you through a long summer afternoon. But now you, the crafty drinker expect more - more flavour, more colour, more complexity. And you know what? So you should!
So this one's for you, we've upped the ABV and reduced the pH and to balance it out we added a field's worth of tart raspberries along with lactose to round it out, creating a truly indulgent sour beer.
