Super Deluxe Premium - West Coast IPA

Just when you thought it couldn’t get any better, we’ve made our greatest, most amazing, totally awesome-est West Coast IPA of the whole … month.

Using a light, clean malt body with a hint of crystal malt for a candy-like sweetness, we’ve added some tried and tested West Coast hops in Columbus and Simcoe to provide those refreshing citrus and pine notes essential for this style.

Then late in the dry hop we threw in a healthy amount of New Zealand Nelson Sauvin hops to take an already great beer to the next level. Gooseberries and grapes float out from the dank sea to provide a unique and bright hoppy finish.
